Terms of Use
Effective September 7, 2026
By using this calculator you agree to the Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Disclaimer. We do store what you enter and what you look up, so the tool works and so we can see how residents use it. We do not sell it and we do not advertise with it, and your vote answers are kept apart from your name, email address, street address, and parcel number.
Personal use
This site is for personal, informational use only. You may not scrape, bulk-query, or automate access in a way that burdens county servers or violates these terms.
Intellectual property
We own the application code, design, and original text on this site. Property records and millage data come from public sources (primarily the Okaloosa County Property Appraiser and Tax Collector publications). Those records remain public record; our presentation of them is ours.
Limitation of liability
Your use of the site is at your own risk. See our disclaimer for the full limitations. In short: we provide free estimates, not guarantees.
Data collection and privacy
By using this site you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy. In short: this site stores data. It keeps your property lookups, your responses in the guided flow (the vote questions and the budget exercise), any feedback you submit, and your email address if you ask us to send you the PDF or your budget report. The budget report also stores the property's street address, parcel number and assessed value, so the link keeps working. The vote answers are stored apart from all of that, with no name, email, street address or parcel number on them. See the Privacy Policy for the full list and how to ask for deletion. We keep what is entered for as long as the tool runs. We do not sell it, and the only use beyond running the tool is summary findings — counts, averages and shares across many people, never anything that identifies an individual. Estimates and their limits are covered in the Disclaimer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
